At WANDERBOX, we are dedicated to delivering your carefully curated discovery experience as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as to U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote areas, transit times may be extended by up to 2 business days.
Free Shipping
WANDERBOX is pleased to offer free standard shipping on every order placed within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase is required. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, a small surcharge may apply and will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping applies only to the standard delivery method; expedited options are available for an additional fee.
Order Cut-Off Time
All orders must be placed and fully confirmed by 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day to begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off, on weekends, or on recognized federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by our fulfillment center.
Handling Time
Once your order is placed, our team dedicates 0 to 2 business days to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your WANDERBOX for shipment. Most orders leave our facility within one business day, but during high-volume periods such as holidays or new collection launches, the full two-day handling window may be used. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is in the carrier’s hands.
Transit Time
After your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier, you can expect delivery within 3 to 6 business days for standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Transit times may vary slightly based on your location and the efficiency of the carrier. For orders to non-contiguous areas, please allow up to 10 business days. All transit time estimates begin from the date the package is picked up by the carrier, not from the order date.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your WANDERBOX. The specific carrier for your order will be determined based on your shipping address and the package size. We cannot accommodate specific carrier requests; however, all carriers we use provide tracking services and reliable delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the email for the tracking information to update. If you do not see movement within 48 hours, feel free to contact us at the details below.
Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
WANDERBOX is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please first check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. For any other delivery concerns, including damaged or delayed shipments, please email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [email protected]. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
